Free trial

Every new account starts with a free trial and no card is needed, so you can check BankLens works for your cases before paying.

Monthly subscription

Payments are for one month of access and are not refundable once the month has started, except where required by law or where a charge was made in error.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your account page. You will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the month already paid for.

Billing errors

If you were charged twice or charged after cancelling, email goldenbenchmarkadvisory@gmail.com within 30 days with your account email and payment reference. We will refund confirmed errors to the original payment method within 14 working days.
