What we collect

• Account details: your name, company, mobile number, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash), or your Google account email and name if you sign in with Google.
• Subscription details: trial dates, subscription status and payment dates. Card and bank details are handled by our payment provider, Curlec, and are not stored by us.
• Basic technical data needed to keep you signed in, such as a session cookie.

What we don't collect

Bank statements you upload are read inside your browser. Their contents, the figures calculated from them and the cases you save are not sent to or stored on our servers.

How we use your data

To provide your account and subscription, to contact you about your account, billing or important changes, and to respond to your enquiries. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run BankLens: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Curlec (payments), Google (if you choose Google sign-in) and an email delivery provider for password-reset emails. They process data only to provide their services to us.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask to access or correct your personal data, or ask us to close your account and delete it, by emailing goldenbenchmarkadvisory@gmail.com. We keep billing records as required by law.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and remember your language choice in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.
